I’m Lachlan. I have lived alongside, and supported someone with a disability my whole life, with my sister being on the NDIS (whom has 2:1 intensive support daily).
I get the daily struggles, challenges and feelings that you experience living with a disability.
The stigma, social perception and barriers that you face on a daily basis. I am here to help you overcome these so nothing gets in the way from helping you feel healthier, happier, fitter and stronger.
With the only exercise physio who has supported over 21 NDIS participants as a support worker and also 53 NDIS participants as an Exercise Physiologist - there are no barriers for you to achieve your NDIS plan goals.

4. Medicare Care Plans
Eligible patients can access our services with no out-of-pocket costs under Medicare Care Plans. We offer both in-person and telehealth options, allowing you to connect with an exercise physiologist from the comfort of your own home. Our goal is to make quality care accessible and convenient.
3. My Aged Care
Our exercise physiologists develop personalised programs to help you maintain independence and enjoy an active lifestyle in your later years. We focus on improving physical function, reducing fall risks, and managing chronic conditions to enhance your overall quality of life at home.
5. Private Health Insurance
