About Our Service & How It Works

Step 1:

In your first appointment at the clinic, we’ll sit down together and talk all about you.

We uncover where you’re experiencing pain, what you’re struggling with most right now, and map out a clear plan of action to where you want to go.

Step 2:

We’ll take a look at how your body moves to pin-point exactly where your pain is coming from, so that we can create a bespoke program to help you move freely and easily — pain free.

Step 3:

We’ll do a series of muscle strength assessments at your hip, core or shoulder so that we leave no stone unturned. You’ll feel confident we’re fixing the correct areas of your body to maximise your progress to a pain-free life.

Step 4:

We piece it all together to give you a fully comprehensive program, sent to you via Physi-Track.

We’ll continually monitor your progress to make sure your muscles regain strength and relieve any tension in tight areas of the body.

“The why of Exercise is unique, and specific to your aspirations”

It’s as individualised as you, and deserves special attention to your very own needs.

Think back to when you first started, how hard it was to move your body, step and lift the weights..

Now picture yourself 3-to-6 or even 9 months down the track - feeling more mobile, able to get up off the floor independently with ease, and turn your body the way it should be.

Your workouts don’t just apply to the gym, it transfers to everyday life, your  ability to walk, balance and move your feet to access the community like you deserve.

Everyone should be able to participate in day programs, and activities that they love and enjoy each week..

I often ask my clients,

“Wouldn’t it be worth to fulfil your potential, to have the leg strength that you deserve, to be able to do things that you love everyday?”

Absolutely it would.

To be able to cook with ease, without being limited by disability..

To be able to walk to the shops and have a coffee with your mates.

Participate in a music event,

Or an arts class down the street.

It’s not just about the exercise, it’s so much, much, more to our NDIS participants and support organisations that we partner with.

At Empowering, we look at the “WHY” of Exercise, how we can partner with your participants towards a life changing transformation utilising their NDIS plan.

We don’t simply ask your goals, we ask what your dream life would look like.

And then?

We reverse engineer it.

Today, it was about being able to ride a motorcycle again for our NDIS participant, an activity lost to him for over 6 months..

And everyone else?

To keep mobile on their feet.

Find your “Why”, because small inputs lead to massive changes.
